Golf Trolley Battery Guarantee
Our Golf Warranty is very clear and very simple. If you follow our recommendations you will have trouble free golfing.
All our Golf Trolley Batteries are Guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase solely against manufacturing faults. This warranty only applies when purchased with our recommended battery charger package. The battery warranty does not cover misuse or use of an incorrectly rated battery charger which has not been recommended for use with this specific battery. Car chargers or leisure chargers are not suitable and will damage the battery voiding warranty.
In the unlikely event of a failure, contact us by email and we will supply you with a returns number (RMA) . You must return the battery and proof of purchase to us at your cost. We will perform a range of tests for your warranty claim and should the battery prove to have a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded and reasonable carriage costs refunded upon production of a receipt (Market Rates Apply). We will not replace the battery if it is faulty through overcharging or undercharging or general misuse. If the battery tests show that the battery is within normal operating limits there will be a charge of £7.50 to cover our testing costs, should you wish to have the battery returned it will be your responsibility to arrange collection from our warehouse within 14 days of the test results being communicated, after 14 days if the battery has not been collected it will be sent for disposal.
Taking Care Of Your Battery
1, Always store your battery in a charged state and avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
2, Only use recommended 3 stage chargers with the correct charge rate (Amps) suitable for the specific battery size
3, If the battery is left unused during the winter months a charge should be applied every 4 - 6 weeks
4, Always charge your battery after use.
5, Never leave a battery in a discharged state
6, Make sure that your trolley or vehicle is in good condition and not putting excessive load on your battery.
7, Ensure your connections are always clean and rust free
