Please read below before submitting your return request

Hardwarexpress accepts returns up to 30 days from delivery date

Please note Business to Business sales are excluded from Distance Selling Regulations

We want to keep things as simple as possible, all we ask is you follow the below guidelines

If you're a business customer we accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date which are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Special orders or orders above the value of £500 returns will not be accepted

Check Return Eligibility
In order for an item to be eligible for return (unwanted item) must be returned within 30 days from delivery date, the item must not have been connected to any equipment, must not have been used scratched or damaged in any way, must be complete with all accessories, shrink wrapped items must not have been opened, must be complete with any retail packaging. You can return items either by courier or in-store at buyers cost (we recommend using a trackable insured courier to return items). We do not exchange products, the most effective way to process an incorrectly ordered item is to treat the return completely separate from the new order. Unfortunately we cannot accept return of any items which have been connected to any equipment (this will be deemed to have been used)

Unwanted or Incorrectly ordered Items
Most new unused items can be returned by Business Customers for a refund if we are notified within 30 days from delivery date, unfortunately if you have had the item/items longer than 30 days then we will not be able to accept return for unwanted items.

All returned items must be in As New Unused condition in the original packaging, if your product has been connected to any equipment even for a few seconds this will be deemed to be used which we cannot accept return. All packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer, all items must be complete with all seals/shrink wrap intact and all accessories complete. Any missing items will be charged for and deducted from your refund.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession, we also request the items are returned swiftly. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the returned product/s passing through our testing program successfully, this is subject to the product passing both visual and power testing.

Request a Returns Number
It is mandatory for Business customers to request an authorised returns number before returning any goods, to start the return process click the above "start your return here" button, this will create a returns number. Unfortunately any goods received without a returns number will be rejected. Once we have sent you a returns number we must receive the returned goods within 5 working days

Our Testing Procedure
Once the item has been returned it will be thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians once complete the return will be refunded back to the original payment method minus the re-stocking fee and carriage

Faulty Item Replacement process
We operate a very effective replacement process. Once your return has been processed, if found to be faulty we will then send you your replacement. After 28 days we cannot refund faulty items we will only replace or repair. If the replacement is out of stock or unavailable we will issue a full refund.
