My mam ordered 2 batteries to upgrade my dad's mobility scooter. Order process was easy enough but then she received a phone call from Hardware Express. They only had one in stock and the supplier had none on the shelf, but the shocking bit was Hardware Express had explored all options and obtained an expected restock delivery date, only a week away....that's some very unusual and excellent customer service right there. But that wasn't the end of it, another phone call advised batteries despatched and delivery in a day or two, and they were delivered next day. The batteries are exactly what we ordered but the service was unexpectedly amazing. I say this because Hardware Express were the second company we ordered from, the first was out of stock (they informed us by email) and when I asked about when they would get some more all I got was an email saying they didn't know.....THATS why Hardware Express customer service is exceptional, same product but totally different purchase experience. And the batteries themselves have made a noticeable improvement to the mobility scooters range too.
