Great company not so good courier

We were very pleased with dealing with you. Notified when battery was due to arrive. Sadly it did not. Courier messaged he could not find us. We have cameras he did not even call/drive past. We have notified courier company. Battery had to be collected from local post office. We suggest that you use a different courier company as we don’t usually have this problem and it could loose you customers

Battery fits perfectly and solves the problem. Pity they do not offer a return service for the old one. Additionally the courier service sent a ''delivered' email which was clearly automated as the product did not arrive until the FOLLOWING DAY.. check your courier service
