From 01/06/2024 hardwarexpress will be implementing a trial on a limited selection of UPS batteries. Any UPS batteries purchased before this date will have the standard 1 year warranty. Any UPS batteries purchased after 01/06/2024 where the warranty is confirmed as 2 years warranty will be eligible

This is a trial only at this stage affecting a small number of UPS battery packs

If the trial is successful then this will be rolled out to all UPS battery packs
